The British Gas Energy Trust Individuals and Families Fund provides grants of up to £1,500 to customers who are struggling to pay their bills and is available to both British Gas and non-British Gas customers with pre-payment or credit accounts.
British Gas has committed £100 million to help customers since the start of the energy crisis and is the biggest aid package ever offered to UK energy customers by a provider.
