I am aware of the latest outage at New Mill Quarter yesterday.
Particular at the coldest time of year, it is unacceptable that SDEN is once again failing residents in Hackbridge. It is simply unacceptable. I have raised these failures directly with SDEN and Sutton Council time and time again, as well as raising the matter in the House of Commons.
I have urgently raised this matter with SDEN, and demanded that urgent action is taken to prevent reoccurrences and fix these issues once and for all.
I will be sure to keep residents updated.
